SAMR, Digital Lesson Design & Google Apps
This workshop begins with an interactive review of SAMR, the 4Cs, and strategies that help teachers push their pedagogy into the transformational stages of modification and redefinition. We will challenge you to critically analyze a number of digital project examples from multiple perspectives. You will leave this workshop with a project and the knowledge to begin designing and/or modifying existing lessons in your stockpile into quality digital lessons.

Workshop Outcomes
  • Gain a deeper and practical understanding of the SAMR model and the 4Cs.
  • Analyze and categorize a series of sample lessons that incorporate various Google Apps for Education tools.
  • Start to build a project that falls into the Modification or Redefinition categories.
